About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Staff to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services' in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a Kitchen Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the preparation and cooking of a variety of meals and dishes according to established recipes and standards
  2. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and work surfaces are sanitised
  3. Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols
  4. Providing support to the kitchen team as required, including plating and presenting dishes
  5. Restocking and replenishing ingredients and supplies as needed
  6. Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  4. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  5. Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
