Requirements for this role:

  • Flexible hours available

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

  • Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking menu items according to recipes and standards.

  • Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Keep workstations organized, clean, and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing food supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Handle cleaning duties, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Follow portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the chef.
  • Support other kitchen staff and assist in training new team members when needed.
