About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Ortigas, Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our food services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
  2. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment
  3. Following food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
  4. Providing support to the kitchen team as needed, including running errands and completing other tasks as assigned
  5. Working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

  1. Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment, preferably in a similar role
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  3. Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen staff
  4. Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  5. Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
