Accounting Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and at least five (5) years of relevant experience. This role involves overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with local financial laws and regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments for budgeting and financial planning
  • Supervise and support junior accounting staff as needed
  • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Banking
  • Major in Finance is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
