Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

Lead and support admin staff, coaches, and service teams

Manage studio schedules, class bookings, and client experience

Coordinate with retail and F&B units for seamless integration

Implement policies, processes, and quality standardsMonitor budgets, inventory, and financial performance

Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and community programs

Drive initiatives that align with the studio's vision of wellness, creativity, and community
