The Accounting Head is responsible for overseeing the company's entire accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reports. This role involves managing the accounting team, developing financial policies and systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and providing financial insights to support management in decision-making.

  • Supervise and lead the accounting department in handling general accounting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor accounting systems, controls, and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.
  • Analyze financial data and provide management with strategic recommendations for cost control and profitability improvement.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.
