Quality Assurance Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

  • Ensures that all product verifications are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the work of PQA QC Staffs in production line and monitor their adherence to the standard procedures.
  • Ensures that all established quality assurance procedures, instructions and SOP's are carried out correctly and with accuracy.
  • Ensures that inspection or verification guidelines are properly understood and carried out correctly and with accuracy.
  • Ensures that non-conforming materials issued to the lines are identified and reported to PQA Unit Head in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that non-conforming finished products are properly identified and reported to PQA Unit Head in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that any GMP non-compliances are reported to PQA Unit Head.
  • In-charge of accomplishing bottle rejection related reports in a timely manner to
  • PQA Unit Head.
  • Ensures that all monitoring forms are properly accomplished, signed and
  • submitted.
  • Ensures that sufficient trained PQA QC Staffs are on worksite and in suitable dress and no obvious hygiene problem.
