Job Responsibilities:

Fieldwork (60%)

  • Conduct regular visits across all farm sites to inspect vehicle and equipment conditions.
  • Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and procurement for ongoing and upcoming repairs.
  • Verify completed repairs, part replacements, and service requests on-site.
  • Identify recurring issues, overused spare parts, or inefficient maintenance practices.
  • Monitor job orders and implementation status per site or assigned unit.

Administrative Tasks (40%)

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, spare parts used, and labor costs per vehicle/equipment.
  • Prepare accurate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end) for decision-making purposes.
  • Submit formatted expense tracking reports aligned with business templates and deadlines.
  • Support procurement with documentation of purchased or requested items for repair and maintenance.
  • Track and update inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative work related to repair, maintenance, or logistics.
  • Technical knowledge of heavy equipment, vehicles, and spare parts is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel — able to use formulas, pivot tables, and manage large data sets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to produce clean and actionable reporting.
  • Comfortable working in the field and collaborating with multi-site teams.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently under supervision.

Other Details:
  • Reports directly to the Business Owner or Head Office Manager.
  • Must be open to frequent farm visits and mobility between locations.
  • Must be reliable and committed to the accuracy of operational and financial data.
