Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user operations, growth hacking, product management, or data analysis, with a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful business outcomes. You will play a key role in designing and executing user segmentation strategies, retention campaigns, and performance evaluations, collaborating closely across teams to align operations with company goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive user tagging systems to optimize segmentation and targeting.
  • Design, launch, and analyze user retention campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to refine strategies.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to generate actionable insights supporting business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Manage projects and timelines efficiently, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay attuned to market trends and user behavior to inform campaign design and growth tactics.
  • Present data-driven stories and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business, or Management.

Experience:

  • 2–5+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product, or Data Analysis roles.
  • Experience with user segmentation and retention activation is a strong plus.

Skills:

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Capable of building and managing user tagging systems; basic data modeling skills are essential.
  • Proficient in campaign design, execution, and evaluation, including A/B testing.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong project and time management abilities.
  • Market sensitivity to align operational strategies with business goals.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
