Job Title: US Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Bookkeeping:

• Accurate Record-Keeping: Record all client financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Bank Reconciliation: Verify bank deposits, account balances, and reconcile statements for accuracy.
• Expense Management: Monitor and categorize client expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Data Entry: Input initial financial data for client reports, ensuring precision and completeness.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Review and manage accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accuracy throughout.
• Document Management: Maintain organized and secure filing systems (both
• digital and physical) for all financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and reports.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven Bookkeeping Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a successful bookkeeper.
• Intermediate Bookkeeping experience
• Perform bookkeeping tasks
• Quickbooks Online experience
