About the role
We are seeking a full-time Office Clerk to join our team at SHOWCASE DISPLAY CONCEPTS, INC.' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to general inquiries
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Organising and maintaining the office space to ensure a clean and professional environment
- Providing support for special projects and events as needed
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in both English and the local language
