About the role
Malayan Insurance Co., Inc. (MICO) is seeking a talented Sales Clerk to join our team in our Makati City office. As a Sales Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process for our insurance products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about our insurance products and services
- Processing sales transactions and ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry regulations
- Collaborating with the sales team to support lead generation and customer retention efforts
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to build strong client relationships
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree holder of any 4 year business related course
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
