About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to help manage and optimize our Shopify store day-to-day. This role supports product uploads, website merchandising, promotions, content updates, reporting, and customer experience improvements—helping ensure our online store runs smoothly and performs strongly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update our Shopify storefront (product pages, collections, navigation, homepage updates)
  • Upload and manage products including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, variants, and SEO fields
  • Coordinate promotions, discounts, sales campaigns, and seasonal launches
  • Assist with website content updates (banners, featured products, landing pages)
  • Monitor site performance and report on key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales)
  • Identify and implement conversion improvements (upsells, cross-sells, merchandising)
  • Collaborate with marketing on email campaigns, paid ads, and product launches
  • Ensure product data accuracy across Shopify, inventory tools, and fulfilment systems
  • Support customer service workflows (order issues, returns, FAQs, site issues)
  • Assist with coordinating stock levels, out-of-stock messaging, and product availability
  • Test site functionality and troubleshoot basic issues (broken links, checkout issues, formatting errors)

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience using Shopify (admin)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce best practices (product merchandising, promotions, CRO)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Clear communication skills and strong organization

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Shopify apps
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and product page optimization
  • Experience with basic graphic edits
  • Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Shopify reporting
  • Experience uploading products in bulk using CSV
