Shopify Product Buyer – Aftermarket Car Parts

We are looking for a Shopify Product Buyer to source, evaluate, and manage aftermarket automotive parts for a growing eCommerce brand. This role focuses on product selection, supplier coordination, pricing, and catalog accuracy—not customer service or admin work.

Responsibilities

  • Research and source profitable aftermarket car parts
  • Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times
  • Create and maintain product listings in Shopify
  • Manage SKUs, variants, pricing, and collections
  • Ensure accurate product specs and fitment information
  • Monitor product performance and recommend additions or removals
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations on launches and inventory

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in eCommerce product buying or sourcing
  • Hands-on experience using Shopify
  • Strong knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts (performance, replacement, or accessories)
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing product catalogs
  • Strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy

Must Have

  • Experience with automotive fitment tools or databases
  • Familiarity with dropshipping or hybrid inventory models
  • Experience sourcing from overseas suppliers
  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings

  • All work hours are in Pacific Standard Time
  • Total Daily Work Hours: 8 hours (excluding break)
  • Available to work full-time on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
