Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This is an onsite, night shift position ideal for candidates who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately.
- Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and assist with month-end closing.
- Maintain organized records and support audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
