What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to handle high-volume invoice processing, ensure accurate vendor reconciliation, and support smooth financial operations. You will manage invoices, credit/debit memos, and expense entries while maintaining strict compliance with policies. This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, ERP experience, and the ability to work the night shift in a fast-paced AP environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Process high-volume invoices using imaging and routing software.
  • Handle PO and non-PO invoices, expense invoices, and debit/credit memos.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal approvers while managing inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and filing.
  • Perform assigned finance and AP-related tasks as needed.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Accounts Payable–related course.
  • 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
  • Ability to work night shift hours.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
