Our client is urgently looking for a US HR Business Partner who will serve as the bridge between Philippine operations and US-based leadership. This role is critical in driving HR strategy, building employee engagement, and ensuring smooth alignment across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with US leadership to implement HR strategies that support workforce and business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent processes for Philippine-based employees supporting US operations.
  • Lead employee relations, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Oversee compliance with Philippine labor laws while aligning with US company standards.
  • Drive employee engagement, cultural alignment, and cross-border team effectiveness.
  • Support payroll, benefits, audits, and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with direct exposure to US or international HR teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup on a US night shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
