Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist customers with equipment repair requests and handle equipment escalations promptly and effectively.

  • Provide consumer assistance with vending machine issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot and phone fix machine issues.

  • Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including the Internal Support team and EQS Allocators Specialist, to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide clear and concise information and updates.

  • Document and track repair requests, escalations, and resolutions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on the latest equipment and machine technologies to provide the most accurate and efficient support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport & influence decision markets

  • Ability to effectively problem solve

  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies

  • Willingness to learn, adapt to changing market conditions, and embrace new sales techniques.

  • Demonstrate resilience in handling objections & challenging situations

  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy under pressure.

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree desirable

  • Experience handling AU or NZ accounts.
