Job Description
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our disability claims support team in BGC, Taguig City. This role is ideal for candidates with prior exposure to disability claims or related customer service fields.
As a CSR, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling insurance inquiries, verifying claims, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive customer interactions are essential.
Start Date: September 08, 2025
Work Setup: Onsite – Voice-Based Support

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Disability Claims Intake
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or call handling environment
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
