Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/database.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Telemarketer, CSR, or in a sales-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in achieving sales goals.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
