Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/database.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support business growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Telemarketer, CSR, or in a sales-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in achieving sales goals.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling customer concerns.
