Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support:

Provide comprehensive support for DataFlow's internal applications and manage all service requests through the ticket management system.
- Incident and Change Management:

Prioritize and resolve incidents quickly while assisting with new code releases through a rigorous change management process.
- Process Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities to improve service reliability and efficiency, and create clear process documentation.
- User Communication:

Maintain regular, effective communication with end-users about incidents and changes to manage expectations.
- Operational Adherence:

Consistently meet established KPIs, including speed of response, resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction, and be available for flexible hours (6 AM to 7 PM and out-of-hours emergencies).


Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting global enterprise applications.
- Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL, with basic knowledge of a modern scripting language like Python or
- Database Management:

Experience with database environments, preferably Oracle, but also MySQL, MSSQL, or Sybase.
- Operational Knowledge:

Familiarity with production management environments, including change management, ticket processing, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Communication & Compliance:

Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral), with familiarity in data security compliance (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR), and the ability to work shifted hours.
