Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Applications Specialist who will be assigned in any of the following territories: NCR, Cebu, Davao, Central Luzon, and Northern Luzon. The Clinical Applications Specialist will provide training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure the effective use of medical devices and technology. Responsibilities include offering guidance in Ultrasound procedures, assisting with radiology applications, and supporting sales teams in presenting and demonstrating medical solutions. The role involves close communication with clients to ensure their needs are met while enhancing patient care and advancing healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams
  • Knowledge and expertise in radiologic technology (Ultrasound), including clinical workflows and healthcare industry practices
  • Proven ability to provide training and education to medical staff on the use of ultrasound
  • Experience or knowledge in radiology and related medical imaging applications
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to support sales teams during client interactions
  • Problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to dynamic healthcare environments
  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology (RRT preferred) or Nursing degree with relevant experience
  • Prior experience in clinical application support or working with medical devices (Cardio, and OB Ultrasound) an advantage
