About the role

We are seeking friendly and attentive Restaurant Waiters, Waitresses and Cashiers to join our dynamic team at Golden Seafood and Steak House in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As a full-time Front of House team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
  2. Provide menu recommendations and explain dish details to customers
  3. Take accurate food and beverage orders, and input them into the computer system
  4. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
  5. Handle cash and credit card transactions at the point-of-sale
  6. Restock and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
  7. Respond promptly to customer queries and address any concerns
  8. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal preparation and service
  9. Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  4. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  6. Good numerical skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
