Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Supervise waiters and ensure smooth table service operations.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and dining areas are clean and organized.
- Coordinate service timings between kitchen and service staff.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor new service staff to maintain service standards.
- Suggest menu items, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of dining supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required.
- Report daily operational issues and feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
