Job Summary:

Tapa King is looking for friendly and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our growing team As a Cashier, you will be the face of the brand—ensuring guests receive fast, accurate, and friendly service at the point of sale while maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. You may also be assigned to perform serving duties such as assisting dine-in customers, delivering food to tables, and clearing used dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashiering and dining station
  • Assist in basic front-of-house operations, including packing takeout orders
  • Perform server tasks such as taking orders, delivering food, and clearing tables when needed
  • Follow company cash handling procedures and store policies
  • Coordinate with kitchen crew to ensure efficient customer service
  • Monitor inventory of POS and cashiering supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or College level (Undergraduate in high school level are okay)
  • Without experience is okay, as long as willing to be trained.
  • Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic math
  • Strong customer service and good communication skills
  • Trustworthy, honest, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
  • Amenable to be assigned in Tapa King - Vista Place Taguig
  • Willing to take on server responsibilities when needed
