Restaurant Team Leader

LAMUGBA is looking for a responsible team leader to ensure that all restaurant operations run as smoothly as possible. The responsibilities of a restaurant supervisor encompass supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and guest service, managing schedules, handling customer complaints, overseeing supplies and inventory, maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols and leading, training, and motivating the staff.

Key Responsibilities

Team leadership and support: Lead, motivate, and coach staff during shifts to ensure efficient service.

Customer service: Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensure a positive experience, and resolve complaints and questions about the menu or pricing.

Operational oversight: Supervise daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, to ensure smooth workflow.

Training and development: Train new and existing team members on procedures, service standards, and food safety.

Inventory and supply management: Monitor and manage food and supply levels, placing orders as needed.

Maintenance and cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.

Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Staff management: Create work schedules, and assist with performance reviews.

Requirements

· Currently located within Cagayan De Oro CIty.

· A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field is an advantage.

· A minimum of 2-3 years equivalent work experience; previous leadership experience is a plus.

· Excellent leadership and motivational skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive foundation in conflict resolution.

· Demonstrable expertise in customer service norms within the hospitality industry.

· Capability to withstand stress and maintain a high-energy, positive attitude.
