We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accounting Staff to join our growing team. If you are someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organized, and wants to grow in a dynamic restaurant group, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations
  • Prepare and record petty cash transactions, reimbursements, and vouchers
  • Process and monitor branch liquidations, receipts, and expense reports
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance reconciliation, and shift adjustments
  • Coordinate with branch managers for inventory, sales reports, and supplier invoices
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely filing
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries, bank reconciliations, and audit schedules
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure accuracy in reporting

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in accounting or admin tasks is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple tasks
