Restaurant Supervisor – CDO Branch

LAMUGBA CDO is in need of a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our busy city branch. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage a fast-moving team, ensure consistent service quality, and uphold operational standards expected of a high-volume restaurant environment. You will help streamline processes, support staff development, and drive overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

People Management: Supervise employees during shifts, oversee scheduling, assist in staff evaluations, and promote teamwork and accountability.

Operational Efficiency: Manage the flow of front- and back-of-house activities, ensure timely service, and coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and speed.

Customer Relations: Engage with guests, address concerns professionally, monitor service quality, and uphold the customer experience expected at the CDO branch.

Compliance & Standards: Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols and maintain a well-organized restaurant environment.

Administrative & Financial Tasks: Support the branch manager with sales monitoring, cash handling, documentation, and submission of daily operational reports.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

Requirements

  • Preferably residing in Cagayan de Oro City
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant workflow and guest-service standards
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-management skills
