About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Team Leader to oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure that performance goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has at least one year of leadership experience and is willing to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Organize team schedules, shift assignments, and workload distribution.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and communicate updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and overall team performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in customer service, operations, BPO, or related fields.
  • Conflict-resolution and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
