Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Non Voice Customer Service team in Makati. Your role will focus on assisting customers through chat and email, providing quick and accurate responses, and delivering an excellent support experience. This is a full-time onsite position with paid training and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Maintain professionalism and good communication skills
- Work with the team to achieve performance goals
Qualifications:
- High school graduates and college levels are welcome
- No work experience required (training provided)
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Can start as soon as possible
