Job Details:

Draft drawings and structural layouts for Japanese houses

Ensure that the finished plans conform to the standard specifications.

Work in a team in order to meet project deadlines.

Preparation and conceptualization of design shop drawings based on received schematic rough design for purposes of bidding, selection of materials/ equipment and actual work reference through the use of computer-aided design and drafting applications.

Qualifications:

Open to candidates with Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, or who are undergraduates in fields like Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related areas such as Drafting and Graphics Design

Knowledge of Japanese Software (e.g., Architrend, Walk-in Home) is an advantage but not required.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to interpret architectural drawings.

Computer Literate

Able to properly communicate in English

Must have an environment suitable for remote work.

Must have a reliable internet access for work-from-home arrangements.

During the one-month training period after hiring, must be able to commute from home to the office every work days.
