The Global IT Graphic and Audiovisual Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality video and graphic content that supports IT communication efforts. This role oversees the execution of pre-approved concepts and guides them through producing corresponding video deliverables, ensuring that all content is visually engaging, dynamic, and aligned with the team's strategic goals.

The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, graphic designers, and other content creators, to bring ideas to life through compelling video narratives. The role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, design principles, and audio/video production techniques to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Video & Graphic Production: Oversee the creation of both video and graphic materials, ensuring consistency and high quality across all deliverables, from filming and editing to designing visual assets.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and graphic designers to develop cohesive visual solutions that align with the messaging and objectives of each project.

Multimedia Content Creation: Produce multimedia content for various platforms, including motion graphics, animations, infographics, and other graphic elements to enhance engagement and communication.

Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling and clear video narratives and graphic materials that align with the IT communications strategy, leveraging storytelling techniques for impactful content.

Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in video production, animation, and graphic design to continuously innovate and improve the quality of deliverables.

Brand Alignment: Ensure that all visual content, both video and graphic materials, adheres to brand guidelines and effectively reflects the organizations communication objectives.

Feedback & Iteration: Actively participate in feedback sessions with internal teams and stakeholders, making necessary edits and improvements to both video and graphic content.

Project Management: Maintain organized video and graphic design files, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.

Innovation & Quality Improvement: Promote innovation in audiovisual and graphic production processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of multimedia content within the IT communications team.
