About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator who will be dedicated to preparing accurate and timely quotations for our made-to-order products and services. This includes retail fixtures, custom modules, signages, and construction-related accessories. The role is critical in supporting our sales and project teams by ensuring clients receive professional and competitive quotations that help us close deals quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive quotations for made-to-order products and services based on client requirements.
  • Review drawings, specs, or client instructions to ensure accuracy in pricing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and internal teams to get updated costs.
  • Standardize quotation formats and ensure professional presentation to clients.
  • Track quotation statuses (pending, approved, won, lost) for reporting and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover of approved quotations into orders/projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in preparing quotations, cost estimates, or related roles in retail fixtures or manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret drawings/specifications and translate them into accurate costing.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of quotation software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
