Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project drawings and specifications.
  • Analyze bids, blueprints, and proposals to develop competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to gather relevant data
  • Identify cost-saving options and value-engineering opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date cost data and ensure estimates align with industry standards
  • Support bid preparation and respond to RFPs within required deadlines

REQUIREMENT:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of project drawings, specifications, and cost factors
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
