We are looking for HR Assistant Supervisor to join our team

Qualifications:

  • Relevant more than 7 years HRM-Legal experience or similar role, preferably within a PEZA manufacturing company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR database and handle payroll processing
  • Implement training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management system
  • Conduct exit interviews and employee surveys
  • Ensure the positive and proper administration of disciplinary actions
  • Process product registration and delisting with PEZA
  • Act as liaison for various government agencies, including but not limited to the BIR, PEZA, and SEC
