We are seeking a driven and collaborative Performance Manager to lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across key accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, apply data-driven insights and marketing strategies maximising ROI and KPI delivery while
- Collaborate with strategy, planning, and investment teams to ensure seamless integration within the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Proactively optimise campaign performance through proactive monitoring, advanced testing, experimentation, and continuous review, ensuring strong, consistent results and maximised ROI.
- Apply advanced platform expertise to analyse and troubleshoot campaigns, develop scalable testing frameworks, and explore emerging channels and tools to drive continuous performance improvement and client growth.
- Deliver timely, insight-driven reporting that transforms data into clear strategic recommendations, while enhancing storytelling and reporting formats to highlight the impact of performance activity.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations, communicating proactively, and identifying opportunities to drive account growth and satisfaction.
- Oversee project timelines and task completion, proactively addressing bottlenecks while balancing workloads and resources to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery.
- Lead and mentor team members by providing guidance, professional development, and performance feedback, while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for team members aligned with client and company objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews to provide constructive feedback.
Key Criteria
- At least 2 to 7 + years of experience as Performance Marketing/PPC/Digital Ads/ Paid Ads/SEM with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Ads, with a solid understanding of paid search, display, and video campaigns. Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with project management tools and practices is desirable.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least three direct reports, with a strong ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing individuals.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a fully remote setup.
