What You'll Do:
We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating IT projects and initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration between technical teams and sales teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed smoothly and meet both technical requirements and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and sales teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects align with business objectives and timelines.
- Assist in defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Identify, address, and escalate project issues and risks to ensure timely resolution.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet project milestones effectively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support customer relationship management and set expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
What We'd Like You To Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in IT, such as an internship or entry-level role, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong task prioritization skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer needs.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
