We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support our efforts in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves researching potential markets, reaching out to prospects, and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients, industries, and new market segments
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities through data gathering and analysis
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels (email, calls, online platforms)
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and other engagement activities
  • Work with marketing and operations to execute business development plans
  • Help maintain positive relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
  • Experience in the BPO industry or familiarity with client engagement processes is a plus
