QUALIFICATIONS :
- With Bachelor's degree (referred)
- At least two to three years of progressive work experience, one of which should have been in a supervisory position
- With Planning and Organizing Skills
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills and Persuasiveness
- candidates for the position should be computer literate and capable of applying Microsoft office programs.
- With own Initiative and Resourcefulness, Flexible and Stress Tolerant
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
- · Plans, organizes, and controls the operation and activities of the work unit, prepares and secures approval of the budget in support of such operation and activities.
- · Consolidates and analyses reports prepared by Customer Relations Officers on customer concerns, complaints, and feedback on the company's products and services to generate remedial and enhancement strategies.
- Conducts face-to-face and telephone interactions with customers with special concerns that cannot be addressed by the Customer Relations Officers'
- · Supervises subordinate activities related to the face-to-face cross-selling and telemarketing of company products and services with special attention to promotional activities.
