Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative – Data Entry is an entry-level role open to candidates with NO prior experience. The position focuses on performing high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks such as copying, pasting, validating, and updating information in various systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can follow structured workflows, and is comfortable performing routine tasks consistently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Updates
- Perform repetitive copy-and-paste tasks to update, input, and manage customer or client information in internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness according to required formats.
- Retrieve, verify, and cross-check data from multiple system sources.
- Maintain organized and updated records in line with company and client standards.
Customer Support Assistance
- Assist customer service operations by updating customer information as needed.
- Respond to basic internal team inquiries regarding data accuracy or record status.
- Follow predefined scripts, templates, and workflows for any customer-facing support tasks (if assigned).
Quality & Compliance
- Meet productivity targets for speed and accuracy.
- Follow documented SOPs and guidelines for all data entry processes.
- Report any data inconsistencies or system issues to the supervisor.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with the team and supervisor for clarifications or updates.
- Join training sessions to stay familiar with new tools, process changes, or account requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with NO experience.
- Senior High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate (any course).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with typing tasks.
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions consistently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willing to work in a repetitive, high-volume task environment.
- Willing to work shifting schedules or night shift depending on account.
- Previous BPO or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
