JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receives and responds to counter/face-to-face and telephone customer inquiries on automotive parts and accessories maintained by the company.
  • Undertakes actual over-the-counter selling of parts and accessories; undertakes cross-selling of related parts and accessories to generate increased sales transactions.
  • Prepares formal quotation on costs of parts requested by customers.
  • Verifies with the Parts Inventory Controller on stock on hand.
