About the role

Join us as the Store Head for our BW Superbakeshop-Eljin' location in Concepcion Tarlac. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our bustling bakeshop, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the overall success of the store.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and financial performance
  2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
  3. Implement effective merchandising and display strategies to drive sales and profitability
  4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate bakeshop associates
  5. Collaborate with the wider business to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
