Job Description: Land Caretaker (Couple)

Location: Concepcion, Concepcion, Tarlac

Employment Type: Full-time, Live-in

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the farm property.
• Monitor and secure the premises against unauthorized entry or trespassing.
• Perform general caretaking duties such as maintaining pathways, and minor upkeep of facilities.
• Submit daily photos and videos of the farm to management for monitoring purposes.
• Provide support in coordinating with management regarding maintenance needs and property concerns.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned

Qualifications

• Must be a couple (husband and wife, or long-term partners).
• Willing and able to live full-time on the farm (accommodation provided).
• Experience in caretaking, security, or property maintenance is an advantage. Physically capable of handling caretaking duties.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to settle long-term and engage in farming or livelihood activities within the farm for personal sustenance.
• Must be familiar with using a smartphone to take and send daily photos/videos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php10,000.00 per month
