About the role

Siccion Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and oversee our administrative team in our Concepcion Tarlac office. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative support across the organisation. This is a full-time position that offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for career development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative assistants to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  2. Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity
  3. Provide training and guidance to administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  4. Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement
  5. Liaise with other departments to understand their administrative needs and provide effective solutions
  6. Manage calendars, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements as required
  7. Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in any course
  2. With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in any supervisory position
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software
  5. Experience in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures
  6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
