About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Store Crew member to join our dynamic team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' in Concepcion, Tarlac. As a full-time Store Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakeshop.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
2. Assist in the preparation and display of baked goods, ensuring they are fresh, well-stocked and presented to the highest standards
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including the sales floor, back-of-house areas and equipment
4. Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting your colleagues and following company policies and procedures
6. Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
4. A positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business
5. Good numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash responsibly
