Duties and Responsibilities:

· Organize and control the overall activities of the security forces at Bounty Plus, Inc., Concepcion, Tarlac Dressing Plant.

· Supervise and develop the security group by training and motivating the security guards to meet current needs and future challenges.

· Ensure that the department operates in a most cost effective and efficient manner thru proper resource allocation and planning and control of operation cost.

· Conduct performance evaluation of Security Agency officers and men.

· Plan and control security personnel headcount in the department.

· Responsible in the implementation of BPlus rules and regulation, guidelines & policies, orders and directives coming from Plant Management.

· Responsible to instill discipline and good conduct on the Security Group.

· Identifies security personnel developmental needs and provides or arranges them for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and improve job performance and skills.

· Responsible for the coordination and securing of assistance with Local PNP command ( Concepcion Police ) and with Barangay Concepcion c/o Barangay Chairman in maintaining the peace and order situation and the status of any criminality inside and outside the plant and the immediate community / vicinity.

· Reports immediately to Senior Security Supervisor and Plant Manager any incident affecting the plant security and operation such as natural disasters, accidents, and crimes like theft and pilferage.

· Coordinate with HR Dept. on the status / updated list of newly hired employees ( this includes security personnel ) who still do not have their ID and Health Certificate.

· Conduct periodic roving inspection of the whole plant perimeter and assigned security post to ensure that all security guards are at their post, active and alert.

· Maintain file and records of banned / separated employees / contractual workers / truckers, etc. as reference in their screening of personnel entering the plant.

· Ensure that all personnel ( Bounty, Agency & Trucking manpower ) are enrolled in our fingerscan system for attendance and security monitoring.

· Conduct investigations of involved offenders / violators and suspects in criminal activities and make necessary recommendation for their disciplinary action.

· Perform other related duties assigned by Plant Management.

· Ensure that all incoming and outgoing live trucks and delivery vans are inspected by Security for any unusual condition such as :

1.) Broken latch holder / removable latch for security seal.

2.) Holes in the screen of live truck or delivery van where products can be easily removed.

3.) Defective padlocks that can be easily opened.

4.) Added weights such as rocks, water in dispenser, other objects that included in the live truck.

5.) Empty crates which should be empty but loaded with products.

6.) Tampered and improperly attached security seals, van doors and doors closers.

7.) Re-welded bars, cage screens, and door locks.

IV. Key Qualifications

Education:  College Graduate

Experience:  At least 1 year in supervising Security Personnel

Special Skills:    Good in handling people. Have an investigative mind.
