Cold Caller - Australian Real Estate Sales

We're looking for an experienced Cold Caller to support our client in the Australian real estate industry. In this role, you'll work directly with the sales team, making calls to potential customers, nurturing leads, and ensuring the client's database is kept up to date with the latest information. You'll play an important part in generating interest, building relationships, and helping the sales team convert opportunities into results. Prior experience in real estate cold calling—especially with Australian clients—is essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, establishing initial contact and rapport.
  • Assess potential leads through strategic questioning to determine if they meet criteria for further engagement, updating relevant CRM records accordingly.
  • Set up callbacks and maintain a timely follow-up schedule to nurture potential leads and keep them engaged.
  • Research, identify, and compile lists of target businesses and individuals for outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Document interaction details, track lead progress, and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts to optimize strategies.
