Role Overview
The Content Creator will be an essential member of the Digital Services Team (DST), assisting the Digital Strategist with scaling marketing automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively re-purposing content for website and social channels: Use AI content platform to come up with branded content recommendations for website updates or email flows or SMS campaigns
  • Enabling scaling for personalisation: Create many different versions of content that is speaks to different brands and targeted at different personas
  • Marketing Automation - content creation and set up: Work with Digital Strategist to scale content using AI and build out brand specific automation flows for approval by marketing teams
  • Creation of social media content: Based on briefs from marketing teams
  • Campaign optimisation: Work with Digital Analyst to understand data insights and optimise content and automations accordingly
  • SEO / GEO optimised content creation: Work with agency and AI platform to generate SEO / GEO optimised content

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience and love of writing and creating branded content
  • Eye for design, identifying new ways to showcase content in campaigns
  • Managed social media channels for brands across Facebook, Insta and LinkedIn
  • Experience with content creation tools i.e. Canva
  • Understanding and experience with creating content for SEO
  • Simple understanding of Search Console, SEM Rush, Google Analytics or able to analyse various sources for trending topics
  • Experience using a marketing automation tool - ideally Braze but could be HubSpot, Marketing Cloud etc.
