The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing Australian clean energy company driving the transition to electric mobility. Established in 2020, they specialize in delivering commercial EV charging and energy management solutions through a seamless, subscription-based model that removes upfront installation costs for businesses.

Their platform integrates hardware, software, and data analytics to optimize charging performance, ensure energy efficiency, and enable smart load management across multiple sites. Partnering with commercial property owners, fleet operators, and enterprises, they aim to make EV infrastructure more accessible, reliable, and sustainable.

This position follows a hybrid working setup based in ASW Philippines. Standard working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3/4:00 PM Philippines time.

During your first 2 months, you will be required to work in the office to complete the training process. After that, it will be 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support tender submissions and preparation of project documentation.
  • Manage supplier quotes and accurately track project costs.
  • Assist with client and stakeholder liaison, ensuring clear communication.
  • Support procurement activities and scheduling of project works.
  • Maintain Work Management updates for commercial jobs.
  • Assist with the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support across the operations and project teams

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years administrative experience (construction/electrical industry advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
