Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services.
  • Ensure all departments deliver high-quality service and maintain operational efficiency.

Staff Supervision:

  • Train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and accountability.

Guest Relations:

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Handle special requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and maximize revenue.
  • Prepare reports and analyze financial performance.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
  • Maintain security and emergency procedures.

Marketing and Sales:

  • Work with the marketing team or external partners to promote the hotel.
  • Develop packages, offers, and initiatives to attract guests and increase bookings.
